Connie Benson

Connie is a graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange University, where she earned her B.S.E. degree. After being in the education field as a teacher for eight years, she served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement at Hannibal-LaGrange University for six years before joining Benson Financial Group as an insurance representative.

Community involvement is important to Connie. She participates in the HAYS mentoring program with the Hannibal Public Schools. She serves on the Kissing Well Board of Directors, Hannibal Regional Foundation Board, Beth Haven Nursing Home Board, and the Salvation Army Board. She is an ambassador for Biblical Business Training (BBT) and leads a weekly BBT Bible study group. She also spends time helping with an inner-city mission for teens, Love the Lou, in St. Louis. Connie’s passion is sharing Christ with others through speaking engagements, hosting prayer meetings, and leading Bible studies and disciple-making groups. She is a member of The Crossing in Hannibal, MO.

She and her husband Pat love spending time with family. Their daughter and son-in-law have blessed them two grandchildren. In her free time, Connie enjoys reading, walking, traveling, and spoiling their two dogs.
